Vero stores the information needed to activate a license, connect provider accounts, run requested workflows, and keep an audit trail of security-sensitive actions.

Provider access tokens and customer-owned keys are stored for operation of the connected workspace. Vero does not ask customers to send provider passwords by email.

Customers can disconnect provider accounts and use the support form for privacy or deletion requests.
